About the Role

XODUS Communication Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure and close deals with clients
• Deliver presentations to prospects and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Create marketing and sales content
• Prepare reports and analysis using Excel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven sales experience
• Technical knowledge of industry and products
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation and communication skills
