## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an excellent Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and develop the company's business growth strategy. This is a full-time role based in Kumasi, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research, analyze trends, and evaluate competitors
Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans
Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Manage and lead the business development team, providing support and training

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related field
3+ years of experience in business development or sales
Automotive industry experience preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
Fluent in English and local language proficiency
