Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of our pharmacy branch operations across multiple locations in Ghana, including Tamale, Accra, and Kumasi.

Reporting Structure

• Reports to: General Manager
• Support provided by: General Manager/MD

General Summary

The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including personnel, product management, merchandising functions, business processes, and financial results. You will develop, direct, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service, generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and maintain a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained facility.

The Branch Manager maximizes employee productivity, ensures consistent compliance with all company policies and procedures, and maintains a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all personnel management and team development
• Direct all store merchandising and product functions
• Manage business processes and monitor store results
• Develop and motivate store team for excellent customer service
• Generate sales and profit while minimizing losses
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store maintenance
• Maximize employee productivity and engagement
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year as a Manager
• Strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical products
• Working knowledge of computer systems (MS Office, web-based applications)

Required Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND equivalent
• Proven leadership skills with ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Analytical mindset with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with stakeholders at all levels

Schedule & Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel between branch locations as needed
• Flexibility to adjust schedule according to business needs
• Full-Time position
