About the Role

Twifu Rural Bank is seeking a qualified Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch. In this role, you will be responsible for managing resources and staff, developing and achieving sales goals, delivering excellent customer service, and driving growth in the branch's deposits and revenues.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations and ensure efficient resource management
• Lead and manage branch staff to achieve performance targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships
• Drive growth in branch deposits and revenues

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar managerial role in banking or financial services
