About the Role

A reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Accra is seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor to join their production team. This is a full-time position within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure key production performance targets are achieved consistently
• Ensure manufacturing and production activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cGMP regulations
• Maintain accurate report writing and documentation
• Manage stock keeping of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-processed and finished goods in the production area

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Pharmacy Technician Certificate, Pharmacy Technologist qualification, or degree in a science subject
• Medical fitness clearance
