Job Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and converting raw data into functional information that can be used to make informed business decisions. This role requires the use of systems and tools to extract useful information from available data to guide business decisions and initiatives. You will work in an agile environment within a project-based team structure, coordinating with managers and specialists to respond to business requirements by developing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data gathering in line with business needs
• Analyze data importance relative to specific tasks and convert findings into functional information
• Perform segregation, classification, and analysis of data
• Identify major trends within datasets
• Compile reports based on analysis while maintaining focus on end-user requirements
• Present findings through graphs, tables, charts, and multimedia presentations
• Perform data mining tasks for predictive and forecasting purposes
• Design and maintain databases
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics
