Job Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team at Sarpsolutions Ltd and support our daily office procedures. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for all employees, providing comprehensive administrative support and managing queries efficiently. You will ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on both a daily and long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as needed
- Manage company bookkeeping records and ensure all statutory payments are filed and paid on time
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries from employees and clients
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Distribute and store correspondence (letters, emails, and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Prepare regular financial and administrative reports
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software, particularly MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Strong organizational skills
- Good bookkeeping skills and understanding of accounting principles
