Accounting Supervisor at KEDA (Ghana) Ceramics Company LTD

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee transport-related financial operations. This role ensures timely payment processing, accurate data management in the Transport Management System (TMS), and compliance with financial controls for domestic and cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the Payment Request Tracking Form daily, ensuring payments are processed within 3 days (domestic) or 7 days (cross-border)
• Verify timeliness and accuracy of the Dump Basic Data Sheet and Distribution Basic Data Sheet
• Maintain and update carrier information in TMS; set system alerts for receipt uploads
• Track and resolve discrepancies identified in the Payment Request Tracking Table
• Regularly update TMS operation time points and optimize system workflows
• Collaborate with transport and finance teams to streamline payment processes
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local financial regulations
• Generate periodic reports on payment statuses and system performance

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in transport or logistics
• Proficiency in Transport Management System (TMS) or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
