Primary Responsibilities

• Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and budgets
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and manage budgets
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, principles, and regulations
• Assist with financial analysis and forecasting
• Provide financial recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Expertise in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Samba, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers and solve problems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal form
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Must live close to the business location in Accra
