Primary Responsibilities

• Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Prepare financial reports and budgets
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and manage departmental budgets
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, principles, and regulations
• Assist with financial analysis and forecasting
• Provide financial recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability
• Provide regular reporting on financial statements and recommendations

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Samba
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers and solve problems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal form
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
