## Title: International Quality Assurance Supervisor
Position Overview
An international contact center is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to head international marketing campaigns with customers in the United States and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance for international marketing campaigns
- Manage customer interactions with clients in the United States and Europe
Required Qualifications
- Expatriate or individual with extended residence in the UK or US
- Fluent English language command with either American or British accent
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or HND Certification
- Age: 26–40 years old
Experience & Skills
- Previous sales, marketing, and call center experience is helpful but not essential
- Extensive training program provided
Compensation
Competitive basic salary plus performance bonuses with on-target earnings (OTE) of GH₵10,000.00 per month.
