Position Overview

This position requires a professional who can effectively manage customer relationships while driving sales growth in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The successful candidate will leverage strong communication skills and industry knowledge to support our operations.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Administrative Services, Secretarial Services, Sales, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar customer service or sales role
Mine operation knowledge required
Age between 25 and 40 years
Must reside in Tema and surrounding areas

Key Requirements

Excellent bilingual communication skills
Proven sales and customer service expertise
Strong negotiation abilities with a track record of success
Excellent team player with ability to thrive in multicultural environments
Willingness to travel within Ghana and West Africa as required
