Position Overview

We are seeking a Traditional Trade Client (Sales) Assistant for a nationwide role. As a Client Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring products are properly displayed, stocked, and promoted at open market outlets to maximize sales and brand visibility.

Work Location

This is a nationwide position covering key markets including (but not limited to):

• Accra: Ashaiman, Tema, Amansaman, Dome, Teshie/Nungua, Madina, Nima, Okashie, CMB, Kasoa, Kaneshie, Mallam, Dansoman, Mallata
• Ashanti: Bantama, Race Course, Suame, Atonsu, Abuakwa, Ejisu, Ejura, Tafo, Konongo, Obuasi, Nkawie, Bekwai
• Central: Swedru, Winneba, Mankessim, Cape Coast, Elmina, Assin Fosu
• Bono/Bono East: Sunyani, Techiman
• Eastern: Nsawam, Suhum, Nkawkaw, Koforidua, Akim Oda, Asamankese, Kade
• Western: Takoradi, Ayinase, Agona Nkwanta, Tarkwa, Bogoso
• Volta: Hohoe, Ho, Angola, Denu, Akatsi

Key Responsibilities

Product Display & Merchandising

• Arrange and maintain product displays according to company guidelines
• Ensure shelves, racks, gondolas, and promotional displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Implement planograms and promotional displays in stores

Stock Monitoring

• Monitor product stock levels at customer stores and retail outlets
• Report out-of-stock items and coordinate replenishment with Sales Representation or Regional Sales Manager
• Check product expiry dates and rotate stock using FIFO method

Sales Support

• Support sales team to ensure product availability and visibility
• Assist in executing promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns in market

Store Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with store owners and managers
• Address store concerns and feedback promptly
