Job Summary

The Tennis Coach will provide professional training to a corporate team of five members, including a senior executive, with the aim of improving fitness, coordination, tennis skills, and teamwork. The coach will be punctual, disciplined, and able to deliver structured and enjoyable sessions aligned with the company's schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tennis training sessions 5 times per week from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• Adapt coaching methods to suit different skill levels, ensuring progress for beginners and advanced players alike
• Foster a safe, engaging, and motivating environment during training
• Provide individual and group feedback to enhance performance and encourage continuous improvement
• Ensure punctuality, discipline, and consistency in training delivery
• Maintain professionalism when training top executives and staff
• Monitor player progress and suggest training adjustments as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Tennis Coach (individual or group training)
• Ability to train both beginners and intermediate players
• Strong sense of discipline, reliability, and punctuality
• Physically fit, with the ability to demonstrate techniques effectively
• Professional, approachable, and adaptable to working with corporate clients
• Must arrange own transportation to and from the company premises
