About the Role

Suma Rural Bank PLC, a reputable and fast-growing rural bank in the Bono Region, Ghana, is seeking qualified Tellers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Branch Manager through the Agency Accountant
• Accept customer deposits and process transactions
• Make authorised payments to customers while ensuring enhanced due diligence
• Maintain cash reserves within insured limits
• Manage daily record-keeping and industry documentation
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or Agency Accountant

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum HND from a recognised university or institution
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in a teller role
• Proficiency in T24 banking application software
• Microsoft Excel proficiency (advantageous)
