About the Role
We are seeking a Contact Center Operator to serve as the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. In this role, you will manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, follow communication scripts when handling various topics, and maintain accurate records of all conversations in our call center database.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Follow established communication scripts for different customer topics
- Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all customer conversations
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree qualification
- Call center operator experience is a plus
