Technical Sales Engineer, Crushing Plants at Delta Equipment LTD

About the Role

Delta Equipment LTD is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for Crushing Plants. In this role, you will maximize user satisfaction and acceptance for the company's parts and service products for ASTEC, TELESTACK, and SIMEN equipment. You will assist users in achieving low operating costs by recommending appropriate service product options and support programs such as CVA, Reman, Service Exchange, and Multiband.

Primary Responsibilities

• Sell the company's parts and service products to fleet, large, medium, and small customers
• Maintain regular contact with customers according to established call parameters to identify parts and service needs
• Maintain close liaison with sector managers to stay informed on work in progress, scheduled deliveries, and new service offerings
• Coordinate with the operations department to track inventory position and stay current on new product announcements
• Keep parts and service sales information and technical documentation current and accurate
• Report all lost sales of parts or services to the operations manager and service managers
• Achieve parts and services sales targets aligned with market population and activity levels
• Maintain sales control systems and sales force documentation
• Submit regular call reports
• Perform undercarriage inspections
• Assist in developing parts and service marketing programs
• Maintain and organize sales materials
• Actively manage collections and payment details for invoices and accounts
• Collect, analyze, and provide market information, including projected customer parts requirements for inventory planning
