Position 1: Class Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a classroom teacher providing instruction in all subjects except French, Computing, and Ghanaian Language
• Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes academic growth, character development, and social-emotional well-being
• Communicate regularly with the department head to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

Position 2: Nursery and Kindergarten Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for nursery and kindergarten students
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning experiences
• Create a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and creativity
• Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities

Position 3: Teaching Assistant (Preschool)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily activities and routines for preschool-aged children
• Provide individualized support to students to help them succeed academically and socially
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and outdoor activities
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Basic Education, Early Childhood, or a relevant subject area
• Familiarity with the New Standard Based Curriculum
