Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of pre and post evaluation analyses on all Enterprise Business products, services, and projects (partnerships, converged services, etc.)
• Assist in performing Profit & Loss analysis for Enterprise Business decision making
• Check and confirm performance to ensure appropriate commission payments
• Review ICT tariffs to ensure divisional objectives are achieved
• Provide input for tariff reviews of all Enterprise products and services, including new products
• Collaborate with Marketing to manage Post Paid tariffs and ensure tariff change forms are completed correctly
• Champion segment product reporting on a regular basis
• Track all Audit queries and Divisional risks to ensure closure within required timeframes
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs for customer services and order fulfillment operations
• Gather financial and non-financial data for various reporting purposes
• Perform other assigned functions and implement corrective actions within divisional guidelines
