## Title: Store Keeper

About the Role

Ghana International Business School (GiBS) is seeking a qualified and experienced Store Keeper to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
Track, document and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
Ensure accuracy of the inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns
Manage inventory and supplies to ensure they are maintained within established minimum and maximum levels
Maintain up-to-date records of receipts, records and withdrawals from the stockroom
Manage supplier relations and database while maintaining high ethical standards both internally and externally

Required Qualifications & Experience

Degree or HND in Purchasing and Supply
Minimum 5 years of working experience
Preferably with experience in the construction industry
