Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s online presence.
- This role will focus on developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and collaborating with different departments to communicate our products, culture, and achievements effectively. The successful candidate will also assist in internal communications and support brand-related marketing initiatives.
- Develop, schedule, and manage content for the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create engaging text, image, and video content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, track engagement, and analyze campaign performance to improve reach and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Production) to source and share news, updates, and success stories.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an online community.
- Support the design and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Assist in internal communication efforts to improve employee engagement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in managing social media for a brand or organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design, with basic graphic design skills preferred.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
