About the Role

We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Inspire Her International. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful content across our social media platforms to raise awareness about our mission, programs, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Develop, design, and produce high-quality visual and written content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create compelling graphics, videos, and infographics to enhance the visibility of campaigns and initiatives
• Develop appealing graphic content and illustrations that align with brand identity and messaging

Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy

Community Engagement:

• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Foster a positive and supportive online environment that encourages interaction and engagement

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns for events, programs, and initiatives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools
• Adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members, including the Volunteers Coordinator, to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
