Position Overview
Donewell Insurance LTD seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand the clientele base in the Ashanti Region. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead sales initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and achieve ambitious branch targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales, promotions, and campaigns to maximize business development
- Develop performance measurement frameworks and produce monthly reports on production figures
- Identify and recruit sales executives to expand company presence in new areas
- Train and develop new sales executives
- Direct and coordinate all sales activities within the region
- Prepare sales budgets, projections, and approve expenditures
- Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations to prospective clients and network partners
- Maintain regular customer contact to build relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum First Degree qualification
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience
- Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is advantageous
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong writing abilities
- Team player mentality with results-oriented approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong coordinating and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of ICT
