Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Technology Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of technology operations within MobileMoney LTD (MML). This includes ensuring the smooth functioning of technology infrastructure, managing service levels between MML and various service providers, optimizing processes for efficiency, and driving innovation and operational excellence to meet MML's strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology & Service Delivery Officer (CTSDO), the Senior Manager will play a critical role in aligning technology operations with MML's overall goals and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the technology operations team, leveraging their expertise and contributions to execute tasks efficiently and effectively
• Align technology operations with overall strategic goals and objectives
• Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure seamless integration of technology operations with software development processes, supporting product launches, updates, and maintenance
• Work closely with the innovation and product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions
• Ensure alignment with product roadmap and customer needs
• Manage and ensure service levels between MML and various service providers are adhered to
