Job Summary

Oversee all financial operations related to trust operations, settlements, and reconciliations. Leading a team of professionals, including the Managers for Trust Operations and Settlements & Reconciliations, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial transactions in a dynamic mobile money environment. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you drive operational excellence, implement controls, and foster collaboration to support the organization's financial objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including trust operations, settlements, and reconciliations, to ensure accuracy, integrity, and efficiency
• Develop and implement controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of financial operations
• Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and insights to senior management
