Position Overview

As part of our staff reinforcement plan, Trace Logistics is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Senior Logistics Manager to join our team in Accra, Ghana.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in transport and logistics
• At least 10 years of professional experience in logistics, ideally within a leading international freight forwarding or logistics group
• Proven mastery of logistics processes and operational mechanisms specific to Ghana, including port, customs, and regulatory frameworks
• Solid expertise in international supply chain management, multimodal transport, customs clearance, and operational optimization
• Fluent in English with excellent understanding and practical command of French (spoken and written)
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational discipline, and ability to thrive in high-pressure and multicultural environments
