Position Overview

As part of its staff reinforcement plan, Trace Logistics is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Senior Logistics Manager to join our team in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations and supply chain processes
• Oversee multimodal transport and customs clearance operations
• Optimize operational efficiency across port and logistics activities
• Navigate Ghana's port, customs and regulatory frameworks
• Lead teams in multicultural and high-pressure environments

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Transport and Logistics
• At least 10 years of professional experience in logistics, ideally within a leading international freight forwarding or logistics group
• Proven mastery of logistics processes and operational mechanisms specific to Ghana, including port, customs and regulatory frameworks
• Solid expertise in international supply chain management, multimodal transport, customs clearance and operational optimization
• Fluent in English with excellent understanding and practical command of French (spoken and written)
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational discipline and ability to thrive in high pressure and multicultural environments
