Position Overview

An international school is seeking a School Principal to lead our institution. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to shape the academic direction and culture of a well-established educational institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of school operations, including academic programmes, student affairs, and administrative functions
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the school's continued growth and success
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student achievement and well-being
• Collaborate with staff, students, parents, and the wider community to achieve school goals
• Manage and mentor staff, providing guidance and support for professional development
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
• Promote the school's mission and values

Required Qualifications

• Minimum first degree qualification
• Professional qualification in education or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in the educational field or relevant experience
• Knowledge of Cambridge International Education and its governing bodies

Required Skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• Strong ability to manage personnel and resources
• Proficiency with computer and productivity software
