Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Scaffold Erectors/Supervisors for offshore positions in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and certify erected scaffolding for fitness and safe use
• Provide suitable tags after verification of scaffolding condition at site to authorize work on scaffold
• Ensure periodical cleaning and painting of scaffolding materials and certify their usage
• Verify scaffolding requirements at site and instruct scaffolding crew regarding any changes
• Monitor scaffolding erection at frequent intervals to ensure safe handling and usage

Required Qualifications & Experience

• CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) qualified scaffolder advanced or CITB approved scaffold inspector
• NVQ Level 3 scaffolder with relevant approved/validated record card
• Minimum 10 years work experience as a scaffolder erecting conventional scaffold
• CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) certification
• Command of written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Offshore experience
• Current OPITO BOSIET certification
• Current IMIST certification
• Current OGUK Medicals
• Ghanaian nationality
