## Title: Sales Supervisor

About the Company

Divine Organic Hub & Jeskev Related Business is a growing player in the organic and consumer goods sector, seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Supervisors to expand our market presence.

Position Details

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Achimota & Weija–Kasoa Environs, Accra, Ghana

Salary Range: GHS 2,000 - 3,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell company products within assigned territories
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify new market opportunities and customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Submit regular sales activity and performance reports

Minimum Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or SHS
At least 1+ year proven sales experience
Must reside within Achimota, Weija, Kasoa, or surrounding areas
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to meet sales targets with minimal supervision
Basic sales reporting and record-keeping skills
