## Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

About the Role

Kinno Hotel, a luxurious destination, is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Tema Community 12, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the hotel
Manage Online Travel Agency (OTA) channel development and optimization
Build and maintain strategic relationships with government and diplomatic entities
Drive revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing
Minimum 2 years as Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager
Strong expertise in OTA (Online Travel Agency) channel development
Proven ability to build strategic relationships, including with government and diplomatic entities
