Sales & Marketing Manager at Ghana Nuts Company Limited

Position Overview

Ghana Nuts Company Limited, a local industrial refinery company in the agro-business sector, is seeking a qualified and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals for vegetable oil and soy bean meal products
• Implement and track marketing initiatives to build brand recognition, increase brand exposure, and drive overall sales growth
• Meet company targets related to marketing budget spend, average selling price, and sales overhead
• Refine the company's brand positioning, define unique selling propositions (USP), and establish brand guidelines
• Promote and enhance brand image across all channels
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis with regular updates
• Define target markets and develop appropriate sales models and strategies
• Create comprehensive marketing and PR strategies for pre-launch and post-launch phases aligned with business objectives
• Maintain positive customer service standards to enhance company reputation, increase profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee all sales collection processes in cooperation with the accounting department
• Manage sales and marketing department staff and activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of proven work experience in a similar role or industry, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Sales or related field
• Multilingual capabilities (local and international languages) preferred
