Sales Manager, Corporate Community at AirtelTigo

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Manager for Corporate Community Accounts to join the AirtelTigo Business Department. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Sales, you will lead a team to implement enterprise sales strategy and drive revenue growth and sales order values for Corporate Community accounts. You will safeguard and grow revenue from allocated corporate accounts nationally through account planning, opportunity management, and relationship building to meet annual targets for sales, revenues, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide account data to the Director of Corporate Sales for developing sales plans and monitoring implementation
• Lead account and virtual teams to meet targets for profitability and revenues
• Develop contact strategies and account development plans (ADP) for allocated sectors
• Develop a qualified pipeline of prospects and manage the decision-making process within allocated accounts to ensure sales prospects are closed
• Exercise thought leadership at board level within allocated accounts, demonstrating understanding of customer business strategies and presenting AirtelTigo Business's compelling value proposition
• Identify sales training and development needs and manage skills enhancement for team and virtual account team members
• Ensure integrated channel management supported by appropriate systems such as CRM, utilizing knowledge management to increase account management professionalism
• Fully integrate quality management processes within all sales activities for allocated accounts, ensuring effective daily deployment
