Sales Assistants at CAR-Hunter LTD

About the Role

We are looking for patient and detail-oriented Sales Assistants to join our team in Kumasi, Ghana. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary starting from 3000 GHS.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily work of the sales team, including processing customer orders, writing sales reports and updating customer information
• Assist in market research, collect and analyze competitor information and market trends
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in arranging sales meetings and customer visits, and prepare relevant materials and presentations
• Maintain and update customer database to ensure data accuracy
• Assist sales staff in preparing quotations, contracts and other sales-related documents
• Track sales progress and report sales performance and issues to the sales manager regularly

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• At least one year of sales or customer service related work experience
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English; local language skills preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with good time management skills
