About the Position
Mountcrest University College (MCU), located in Kanda, Accra, invites applications from suitably qualified professionals to fill the position of Registrar.
The Registrar serves as Secretary to the Council of the University College as provided by the institution's Constitution and acts as the Chief Administrative Officer of the University College under the Rector.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Secretary to the Council of the University College
- Fulfill the role of Chief Administrative Officer under the Rector
- Perform duties as outlined in the College Constitution
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree minimum
- Not less than 10 years of post-qualification working experience in a tertiary educational institution or analogous organization
- Current or previous position as Deputy Registrar or equivalent grade of Director of Education in an educational institution or government agency
Preferred Experience
- Substantial Senior Management experience in large, complex, and decentralized organizations
