Position Overview

Join a growing team that values talent and dedication. The Credit Analyst supports Area Managers to build and manage the loan portfolio and achieve the company's objectives. This role encompasses the complete process of loan application, appraisal, documentation, monitoring, and related support activities.

You will check and verify all assessments of documents shared by Field Officers and make decisions about clients' credit applications using a range of established criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and analyze loan requirements and documents from existing or prospective clients
• Analyze and approve applications based on findings of the borrower's ability to repay
• Maintain the company's credit risk at low or non-existent levels
• Reconcile credit files and identify discrepancies and variances
• Create and organize files and folders to maintain customer documents
• Contact clients to conduct further verification when necessary
• Perform other duties as required

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a First Degree with Level Two CA certification from a recognized institution
• Minimum of two (2) years of working experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
