Role Overview

The Project Officer is responsible for all actions in the project's environment. They plan and coordinate the delivery of all actions across the project space to ensure timely implementation and efficient use of resources.

• Location: Tema, Ghana
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Reports to: Programmes Manager
• Main Relationships: Operations Manager, Programmes Manager, Executive Director, HR and Administration Officer, Consultants, Contractors

Essential Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the delivery of water, sanitation, and hygiene services in allocated project spaces and be responsible for outcomes
• Prepare a consolidated work plan for water, sanitation, hygiene, and NTD response services as a planning and management tool
• Identify and attract skills required to implement annual work plans, including specialized training in water, sanitation, and hygiene service delivery (e.g., WATSAN training, sanitation delivery approaches)
• Manage project budgets where applicable and ensure proper financial resource allocation
