Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in Accra on a full-time basis. This is an opportunity to contribute to significant construction and real estate development projects while providing technical expertise and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret, review, and approve survey and civil design works
• Provide technical support to field supervisors
• Ensure construction plans meet building codes, guidelines, and regulatory specifications
• Develop detailed project construction schedules in cooperation with the Project Manager
• Prepare scheduling, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects
• Estimate material and labour requirements for work execution
• Manage and motivate teams while contributing to collective project results
• Maintain safe and clean working environments by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
• Produce excellent technical and written reports

Required Qualifications

• First Degree in Building Technology, Construction Technology & Management, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
