ActionAid is a global movement of people working together to further human rights for all and end poverty. ActionAid Ghana (AAG), an Affiliate of ActionAid, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Programme Manager.

Position Overview

As the Programme Manager for the Upper East Regional Programme, you will be responsible for ensuring that systematic and consistent standards-based programme implementation connects local rights violations to national and internationally recognized human rights. You will connect work on different strategic priorities and focus areas with grassroots programmes, campaigning, and fundraising work.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure systematic and consistent standards-based programme implementation
• Connect local rights violations to national and internationally recognized human rights
• Link strategic priorities and focus areas with grassroots programmes, campaigning, and fundraising work
• Support partner institutions and manage regional staff and resources
• Ensure maximum value for money, benefit, and impact of AAG's interventions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (2nd Degree) minimum
• At least 5 years of relevant experience

Employment Details

Job Type: Full-Time

Contract: Three (3) year renewable employment contract on national terms and conditions

Location: Zebilla, Upper East Region, Ghana

Salary: SM4 of ActionAid Ghana's Salary Structure
