Required Qualifications

• PhD holder with Professorial, Associate Professorial status, or equivalent grade from an analogous institution
• Alternatively: Senior Lecturer status with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and 5 publications in peer-reviewed journals

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Demonstrate visionary leadership and business orientation
• Establish and maintain rapport between industry and the University College for mutual benefit
• Motivate and direct staff effectively
• Attract grants and funds for research and development activities for the Faculty
