About the Role

A newly built hospital in the GA South District is seeking Physician Assistants to join our healthcare team.

Job Summary

• Operate on a shift system (two or three shifts) with proper handover protocols to relieving staff
• Report to the Medical Director
• Manage emergency cases across multiple medical disciplines

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care across the four main medical disciplines
• Handle emergency situations competently
• Maintain excellent patient care standards and communication
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and handovers

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Completed housemanship in the four main medical disciplines
• Demonstrated competency in handling emergencies across all four disciplines
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Excellent clinical record-keeping and patient documentation abilities
• Understanding of gatekeeper and referral systems in healthcare delivery
• Computer literacy
• High level of empathy and emotional intelligence
