About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Officer to oversee and coordinate our daily business operations. You will play a key role in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily business operations
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Work closely with the management team to set goals, plan, and execute business strategies
Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement necessary changes
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven work experience as an Operations Officer or similar role
Experience with operational processes, analysis, and reporting
Understanding of business functions including HR, Finance, and Marketing
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
Proficiency with MS Office and operational software
