Operations Manager at Reputable Bank

About the Role

A reputable Rural Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking a qualified Operations Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities across bank branches
• Handle operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Prepare monthly and other periodic operational reports for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
• Liaise with the Finance Manager to ensure timely preparation of annual budgets, quarterly budget reviews, forecasts, and business plans
• Efficiently manage treasury operations in line with operational and regulatory frameworks

Qualifications & Experience

Option 1:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance from a recognised university
• 5 years of working experience as Operations Manager, preferably in Rural Banking

Option 2:

• Master's Degree
• 3 years of working experience in a similar position (Operations Manager) in a Rural Bank

Required Skills & Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of operations
• Professional qualification in business-related courses (advantageous)
• Strong ability to manage multiple branch operations
• Financial planning and budget management expertise
• Treasury management experience
