Officer, Licensing and Registration at Reputable Company

Job Purpose

To provide operational support in licensing and registration for the achievement of the organization's mandate.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the collection of data for the review of relevant reports for renewal of teachers' licenses
• Supervise the collection of data for the vetting of relevant documentation for licensing of teachers
• Supervise the collection of data for the issuance and renewal of teachers' licenses
• Supervise the collection of data for the registration and re-registration of licensed teachers
• Collate data for the review of cases for revocation, withdrawal, and refusal of teachers' licenses
• Supervise data entry activities for the department
• Collaborate closely with officers, departments, and other stakeholders in the implementation of departmental programmes and activities
• Supervise and appraise the performance of subordinate staff in the department

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Master's Degree in Education or any related field from an accredited tertiary institution
• Minimum of 1 year post-qualification relevant work experience in a reputable institution
• Must pass a competitive selection interview
