Position Overview

FAWE Ghana is seeking a high-calibre, results-oriented individual with integrity to join our dynamic professional team as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing tools, designing and delivering mechanisms to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation infrastructure for FAWE Ghana. This infrastructure will enable the generation, capture, and sharing of best practices from our strategic initiatives in programme implementation.

About the Role

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer offers a unique opportunity to transfer and enhance knowledge and expertise in the M&E field. You will assess and anticipate the knowledge needs of FAWE Ghana, development partners, the Government, and relevant organizations, thereby fostering your own professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monitoring and evaluation tools and mechanisms
  • Design and deliver M&E infrastructure systems
  • Generate, capture, and share best practices from strategic initiatives
  • Assist in undertaking research and preparation of surveys
  • Conduct data collection activities
  • Support informed decision-making through data analysis
