About the Position

Suma Rural Bank PLC, a reputable and fast-growing rural bank in the Bono Region, Ghana, invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of Micro Finance Field Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the branch manager
• Assist in training micro finance groups
• Assess and recommend loan applications for approval
• Recover approved loans and disburse funds to groups
• Prepare monthly loan reports
• Conduct credit monitoring and loan recovery activities
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the branch manager

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum HND or Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
