MFS Cash Assurance Analyst at AT Ghana

Job Summary

The successful candidate will join our Finance Department as an MFS Cash Assurance Analyst, reporting to the Margin Assurance Manager. You will provide assurance services on MFS revenues by preventing leakages and performing professional audits—individually or as a team leader—to ensure quality products, identify cash risks, and add value to revenue assurance efforts.

Key Responsibilities

In alignment with GSMA MMO CoC requirements, you will be responsible for implementing and executing all MFS and Cash Assurance Billing Controls:

• Ensure 100% implementation and execution of all MFS End-to-End Controls
• Ensure controls in the Billing scope around GSMA MMO CoC are fully designed, implemented, executed, and formalized
• Follow up on exceptions in GSMA CoC and Cash Assurance alarms appropriately
• Ensure alarms and controls around the MFS Framework have been deployed
• Provide support to Finance and MFS Operations teams through a Business Partnering approach
• Identify manual controls and develop automation solutions
• Document standard operating procedures for all MFS controls
• Improve MFS controls to a Managed level
• Establish weekly Risk Dashboard reporting on leakages and financial impact
• Conduct periodic Logical Access Reviews and Wallet Audits on the MFS Platform to ensure role-based access and accurate wallet functionality and configuration
• Assist the MFS Business Unit with monthly Product Catalogue updates
• Perform periodic End-to-End reviews to ensure all controls are fully implemented and complementary controls are in place
