Position Overview

We are seeking a suitably qualified Marketing Officer to join our team and drive the institute's marketing initiatives and membership growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and communicate innovative marketing information about the institute's membership, professional certification programmes, and continuing professional development programmes
• Develop compelling and engaging content for various channels, including websites, blogs, whitepapers, and social media
• Champion the branding of the institute to enhance its visibility
• Plan and organize outreach programmes targeted at educational institutions, corporate organizations (private and public), and HR firms to enhance the institute's membership drive
• Collaborate with educational institutions, professional bodies, and corporate entities to organize seminars, career fairs, and other professional events

Required Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a marketing role
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth
• CIMG Professional qualification in marketing (advantageous)

• Ability to develop marketing strategies that align with organisational goals
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
