Marketing and Product Development Manager at Reputable Bank

About the Position

A reputable Rural Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Marketing and Product Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement all of the bank's marketing strategies for both internal and external audiences
• Conduct general market research to monitor trends and competitors' marketing movements
• Lead deposit mobilization initiatives from corporate clients and high net worth individuals
• Submit relevant information to supervisors to aid management decision-making regarding investment and deposit mobilization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related Business field from a recognized university with 10 years of working experience in Financial Services (5 years minimum in a similar position), OR
• Master's Degree with 3 years of working experience in a similar position in rural banking

Required Skills & Attributes

• In-depth knowledge of Marketing and Product Development
• Sound analytical mind with strong understanding of market dynamics
• Consistent market insights and trend awareness
• Strategic planning and implementation capabilities
