Marketing and Communication Assistant at Inspire Her Ghana

About the Role

Inspire Her Ghana is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Communication Assistant to support our marketing and communication efforts. You will work closely with the Marketing and Communication team to execute marketing strategies, manage communication channels, and assist in the development of promotional materials. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a passion for marketing and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, and digital content
• Manage social media activities, including developing and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
• Attend outdoor events, shows, and conferences to exhibit and market products and services
• Conduct research to gather data on market trends, competitor activity, and audience demographics
• Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and media archives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
• Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, including gathering analytics and generating reports
• Manage the organization's website, including updates, content management, inquiries, and projects
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing materials
